As we approach the final week of Mercury Retrograde  (9/22) and the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. Take this time to listen carefully to what others are saying and what you're saying to yourself. Spend time in silence, silence your thoughts and raise your sense of hearing, as spirits and angels are around you hoping to catch your attention.

Free yourself of clutter and anything that no longer serves your higher self.

Allow yourself the space to let the old out and welcome the new. It's time to turn to the next chapter and begin a fresh journey.

For the next seven days, starting with the Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse  (9/16) thru the end of Mercury Retrograde  (9/22), spend each day meditating on one chakra at a time, You may want to start from your Root Chakra on the Fill Moon/ Lunar Eclipse  (9/16) and work your way up ending with your Crown Chakra on the end of Mercury Retrograde  (9/22). Then spend the next five days meditating on a white light surrounding you while focusing on your chakra being bright and vibrate.

As you spend this time balancing your chakras during this amazing comic energy you will find yourself feeling a sense of peace, calmness and joyful ad you look forward to starting your new chapter while embracing your transformation.

In honor of The Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon approaching on Friday, September 16, I was inspired to pull a Life Purpose Angel Card.

Today, your angels are guiding all of you who are Spiritual Teachers to help everyone to connect with their life purpose.

For those of you who are not a spiritual teacher, take this time to connect with one that can empower you to be enlightened and quite your mind long enough to receive the answers for the questions you have been seeking.

As we all walk on this beautiful earth, we all have a purpose. Now is the time to begin living in PURPOSE and stop moving through life.

We are all blessed to have this amazing energy that is flowing in September, from the solar eclipse to the lunar eclipse and mercury retrograde and the power of the "nine" energy.

Use this time to sort through old thoughts, habits, patterns and beliefs and release what no longer serves your higher self.

By doing this you open up New space and opportunities that will help raise your vibration and put you in perfect alignment to all your desires.

Remember, when the student is ready the teacher will appear.

As you walk through your journey all you need to do is Ask, Believe and Receive.

September is the most powerful month, use it to your higher good. Take advantage of Mercury Retrograde and slow down, decrease your load and intensity, while giving yourself time to let go of what no longer serves you. Release any resistance. The less you resistance the easier things will flow.

Spend time in meditation
• just BREATHE
• connect with your Chakra and begin the process of unblocking whatever is blocked.
• My personal favorite is visual meditation.
When your Chakras are balanced each color will be vibrate and bright. When your chakras are blocked you may feel distracted, sad, angry, lack of confidence, physical pain and off balance.
As you begin the process of recharging your chakras you also begin to heal yourself.

I've always found the New/ Full Moon energy to be powerful and has helped me connect with my creative side, which is where visual meditation comes in. For me this is where I focus on all my desires and start the process of manifesting. As I can see my desires, I know without a doubt they are already manifesting.

Working with a Spiritual Teacher can help you with your journey. While on spiritual journey, you too will become a Spiritual Teacher

Enjoy your journey and the many moments of enlightenment as you go through your tranaformation and begin to walk in PURPOSE.

As we honor all those who have lost their lives way too early we are reminded how short life really is.

In honoring your love ones believe they are your angels and are always around you. As they offer you guidance and the strength to heal.

Take this moment to release the heaviness (fears, anxiety, saddness, worries, loneliness) that sits in your heart. Then be open to filling your heart up with bliss, joy, laughter and love.

To help unblock your heart Chakra and begin healing enjoy the following visual meditation.

Find a place to Sit quietly. Begin to rub your hands together and gently take your hands apart, then visualize energy flowing from one hand to the other, then
Place your left hand on the center of your chest and your right hand on your gut.
Now begin to visualize energy flowing within your heart, as you feel this energy in your heart begin to feel the love from everyone you lost then begin to fill your heart with that love. know that there love is always there and with there love you're always surrounded by love.

Continue to focus on this visualization for as long as you desire. Know that you can open your heart for healing anytime.

Take three deep breaths in and exhale each breath with the sound of OM. When you're ready open your eyes

Those who follow me know that I resonate with numbers, no, I am not a numerological yet, I have attended more than my share of numerology workshops.

I'd like to share with you the power of September 9, 2016 (9/9/9) energy. As we approach tomorrow's or today pending on when you're reading this, I'd like you to become aware of your current energy - not only physical energy but spiritual energy. Are you noticing anything shifting with your thoughts and ideas?

On this day, I would like to invite you to explore the last nine years of your life or the last nine months of your life and anything that you may be repeating it's time to learn from the experience and give yourself permission to release them.

Then I would like you to begin to focus on your future (the next 3 to 5 years), begin to write a list of where you would like to see yourself regarding your career, home, car, education, family, marriage, income.

Once you have completed that list then I'd like you to write a list of all the things and people you're grateful for.

Then I like you to write a list of all the people you appreciate.

Once you have completed all your writing take some time and sit in meditation connecting with your chakras. Not sure how to do that. keep it simple
Focus in on the following:
Root Chakra: Red or Brown located down at your lower spine
Sacral Chakra: Orange located slightly below your navel
Solar Plexus: Yellow, located at your gut
Heart Chakra: Green or Pink, located middle of your chest
Throat Chakra: Light Blue, located center of throat
Third Eye: Indigo, located above the nose, between the eyebrows
Crown Chakra: Purple or White, located above your head.

As you focus on each chakra, visualize each color getting as bright as they can be for you.
In the process of each color getting brighter focus on releasing the past nine years of experiencing that no longer serve you, then begin to focus on where you like to see yourself within 3 to 5 years. Stay on each item for as long as you like. Perhaps you'd like to focus on only one thing, that's fine.
The key is to notice how your spiritual energy (frequency) is raising. Have fun with this meditation and all your writing.

Take today's 9/9/9 energy and explore the unlimited possibilities that can unfold for you.
The power of the Nine energy is all about transformations, growing, releasing the old to make room for the new. changing old beliefs, opening your heart to new ideas.
For something new to happen you must be willing to change your pattern, thoughts, beliefs, and ideas.

Most of all you must be willing to trust in FAITH and understand when things look like they are FALLING APART they are actually FALLING TOGETHER

Is your heart feeling heavy due to Mercury Retrograde or the "Nine" 2016 energy?

Are you willing and ready to shift your thoughts and transform your heaviness to bliss, joy and peace?

If yes,
Give yourself permission to recognize the heaviness and understand where it's coming from then take the heaviness and transform it into power.

For me, when I am experiencing heaviness I go to my tool box and grab the following:
• Rose Quartz
• Sandlewood incense
•Valor
• journal
• visual guided meditation

While going through the process of healing my heart, I place Rose Quartz on my heart chakra, while inhaling saddlewood, as I meditate.

During my visual meditation I zoom in on what's causing my heart to feel heavy, then I thank myself for this experience and release it.

As I release the heaviness, I begin to focus on images or affirmations that help make my heart feel joyful.

At the end of my meditation, I repeat several affirmations out loud.

I am grateful to be surrounded by so much love.

I am grateful for my daughter

I am grateful that I am compassionate to my current situation

I am grateful that the Universe shifts things around to work in my favor.

I am grateful I am enlightened and have awareness to my low energy frequencies and have tools to help raise my energy frequency.


Within 5 to 10 minutes, I am feeling calm, joyful, grounded and my heart is full of love.

I am hopeful that by me sharing my experience this has helped many people.

Tonight, I received a message from spirit to share with you.
Do you struggle with your weight and constantly trying to "lose" weight? Well... the message is STOP focusing on the scale and start focusing on being the BEST version of yourself.

Four questions to ask yourself:
1. Are you eating small frequent balance meals throughout the day?
2. Are you lifting weights that are challenging your muscles?
3. Are you drinking enough water throughout the day?
4. Are you on STRESS overload?

If you answered YES to all 4 questions then maybe it's time to reevaluate your plan.

How frequently do you change up your workouts?

What do you do to let go of STRESS?

How frequently do you keep a food and water journal?

For me, being the best version of myself means moving with ease, being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritual strong and maintaining a healthy body fat.

I did not feel I was at my BEST but I trained hard, ate clean and went for it anyway.
This is the BEST version of myself. I was please with the results.

Get ready, get set, go... so you think. Tomorrow (8/29), mercury goes retrograde, which means...
be mindful on how you communicate with others as conversations may get a little challenging. Plan to leave a few minutes early as traveling may be delayed. Avoid signing new agreements during this time. Mercury is in retrograde until September 22.
The bright side of mercury retrograde, this is a great time to evaluate what's going on in your life, start making a list of things you want to keep or do and things you want to let go of and when September 22 plus or minus 5 days kick in then take action on your list.

On September 2nd, there is a new moon, a time to set new goals, write up a plan then revisit after mercury retrograde then take action.
