As we approach July and the Full Moon,  It's a great time to release your old habits and negativity.

My Full Moon rituals are:
I take pictures of the moon from the start of the Full Moon until the end.
I sit under the moon light every night and meditate. I focus on releasing old habits and negativity. Once I am finished with my meditation, I cleanse my space with Sage.
From the Full Moon to New Moon, I keep a journal of all my desires I wish to manifest. Happy Full Moon.

Visualize yourself being surrounded by nature. Take a deep breath in and feel your lungs fill with oxygen as though it's the first breath you have ever taken.
Begin to feel your feet covered with soil as you start to feel grounded and balanced, leaving you to feel confident and focus.
As the oxygen flows
through your body you begin to see things clearly, feeling a sense of clarity. Without a further delays you know exactly what choices to make.
As the oxygen continues to flows through your body you feel a vibration as this vibration travels from your feet to the top of your head you slowly open your eyes.
