As we honor all those who have lost their lives way too early we are reminded how short life really is.
In honoring your love ones believe they are your angels and are always around you. As they offer you guidance and the strength to heal.
Take this moment to release the heaviness (fears, anxiety, saddness, worries, loneliness) that sits in your heart. Then be open to filling your heart up with bliss, joy, laughter and love.
To help unblock your heart Chakra and begin healing enjoy the following visual meditation.
Find a place to Sit quietly. Begin to rub your hands together and gently take your hands apart, then visualize energy flowing from one hand to the other, then
Place your left hand on the center of your chest and your right hand on your gut.
Now begin to visualize energy flowing within your heart, as you feel this energy in your heart begin to feel the love from everyone you lost then begin to fill your heart with that love. know that there love is always there and with there love you're always surrounded by love.
Continue to focus on this visualization for as long as you desire. Know that you can open your heart for healing anytime.
Take three deep breaths in and exhale each breath with the sound of OM. When you're ready open your eyes
