Those who follow me know that I resonate with numbers, no, I am not a numerological yet, I have attended more than my share of numerology workshops.
I'd like to share with you the power of September 9, 2016 (9/9/9) energy. As we approach tomorrow's or today pending on when you're reading this, I'd like you to become aware of your current energy - not only physical energy but spiritual energy. Are you noticing anything shifting with your thoughts and ideas?
On this day, I would like to invite you to explore the last nine years of your life or the last nine months of your life and anything that you may be repeating it's time to learn from the experience and give yourself permission to release them.
Then I would like you to begin to focus on your future (the next 3 to 5 years), begin to write a list of where you would like to see yourself regarding your career, home, car, education, family, marriage, income.
Once you have completed that list then I'd like you to write a list of all the things and people you're grateful for.
Then I like you to write a list of all the people you appreciate.
Once you have completed all your writing take some time and sit in meditation connecting with your chakras. Not sure how to do that. keep it simple
Focus in on the following:
Root Chakra: Red or Brown located down at your lower spine
Sacral Chakra: Orange located slightly below your navel
Solar Plexus: Yellow, located at your gut
Heart Chakra: Green or Pink, located middle of your chest
Throat Chakra: Light Blue, located center of throat
Third Eye: Indigo, located above the nose, between the eyebrows
Crown Chakra: Purple or White, located above your head.
As you focus on each chakra, visualize each color getting as bright as they can be for you.
In the process of each color getting brighter focus on releasing the past nine years of experiencing that no longer serve you, then begin to focus on where you like to see yourself within 3 to 5 years. Stay on each item for as long as you like. Perhaps you'd like to focus on only one thing, that's fine.
The key is to notice how your spiritual energy (frequency) is raising. Have fun with this meditation and all your writing.
Take today's 9/9/9 energy and explore the unlimited possibilities that can unfold for you.
The power of the Nine energy is all about transformations, growing, releasing the old to make room for the new. changing old beliefs, opening your heart to new ideas.
For something new to happen you must be willing to change your pattern, thoughts, beliefs, and ideas.
Most of all you must be willing to trust in FAITH and understand when things look like they are FALLING APART they are actually FALLING TOGETHER
