 It works, It works, It works!!!
 I'm a 59 year old woman who hasn't exercised for more than 25 years, eating a carbohydrates diet and sleeping 
 3 to 4 hours. Did not drink water at all. With that type of lifestyle and eating habit, every year I ended in the hospital with  atrial fibrillation.
Two months ago, I walked into Fitness "R" Us where I met Joanne Barry, the owner and personal trainer. My life has turned around drastically. With her encouragement and wise advice, I now eat more nutritious meals throughout the day, I drink water throughout the day and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep, and of course am now able to exercise. The results have been amazing. Feel full of energy, rejuvenated and looking way better.
I have dropped one size in clothing, 15.5 inches and 20 pounds since August 2015. No gimmicks just lifestyle decisions and changes. I thank God for Joanne and her dedication to pouring the knowledge she has into my life.

Rehabilitation Success...
Joanne Barry has been my personal trainer for almost thirteen years now. Over the years I have experienced trouble with my back, tennis elbow and knees. Through each of these challenges Joanne has been able to provide effective post rehab exercises, For my lower back it was exercises and stretching to stabilize the back such as bird dog and cat cow. To rehab my elbow and knee, Joanne prescribed various exercises like wall ball sit,
sitting ball squeezes (ball adductors) and light weights. I had a serious rotator cuff injury and surgery in 2008 resulting in a frozen shoulder for six months and a very difficult therapy. Joanne was able to coordinate with the physical therapist to compliment the program he was administering to increase range of motion and rebuild shoulder strength. Even through I was told I would probably never regain 100% range of motion, the shoulder is better than ever. My personalized program with Joanne includes cardiovascular activities on the treadmill and bike, stretching and weight lifting program.
Joanne is very knowledgeable about rehabbing the body and weight management. Joanne is dedicated to helping all her clients and committed to helping us maintain a healthy lifestyle. Joanne is passionate about what she does and is adept at connecting emotionally with her clients, so there is an effective two way communication that cl
early confirms she cares. She attends many workshops and seminars on physical training and has shared with me strengthen my weak areas by building strength, flexibility and stamina.
