This week our Yoga-Meditation class will focus on your Seven Chakras
Crown: Top of head (purple)
Brow: Center of forehead above eyebrows (also known as the Third eye) (indigo)
Throat: Center of Throat (deep blue)
Heart: Center of chest (green)
Solar plexus; Behind the soft cartilage at bottom of breast bone (yellow)
Sacral: just below the navel (orange)
Base: The coccyx at the base of the spine (red)
These seven major chakra points each have an associated color, crystals, fragrance, and links with specific states of health. Invisible to the eye,chakras operate like vortexes of energy, spinning in alternate directions down the body.
