This circle is hands-on, everyone will get to give and receive Reiki healing. No experience necessary! We will start with a guided Chakra Balance meditation and learn seven hand positions to activate Reiki Energy Healing. Everyone will be paired up to practice Reiki Energy Healing. Our circle will end with group sharing. All levels welcomed, Level None, Level 1, 2 and Master.
