During the 7-week Crystal Chakra Balance Prescription you will engage in movement, meditation and nutrition. The movement will include 7 exercises that activate each Chakra to help release any blocks preventing the Chakras from flowing. The meditation will focus on one Chakra and a Crystal associated with that Chakra. I will teach you how to Fuel your body not Feed your body with food that helps to activate each Chakra.
