Fitness "R" US for Light Resistance Yoga - Meditation.
This class offers a blend of easy to follow yoga poses while incorporating light weights for the upper and lower body and core. This class will help you build strength, endurance, range of motion and balance.
We will end the class with Chakra balance meditation. During this time you will experience a visual guided meditation to help unblock your Chakra and decrease negativity while aligning each Chakra to restore, recharge and rejuvenate your over all well being.
